The Team

Lee Adams

Director

Lee is a registered Architect with over 20 years in the industry, responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion and the management of multi-disciplinary design teams throughout the UK and Middle East.

His architectural experience has been gained through working as an Associate/Senior Architect within award-winning UK architectural practices and as a Design Manager for large international residential development companies.

Lee has now brought this expertise ranging from one-off house designs to large scale high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use and hotel projects to LARK Architects Ltd.

Robert Kaminski

Director

Having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years Robert has vast experience in delivering projects from design through to completion. He has extensive knowledge of residential layouts, outline/detail planning applications, building regulations, new build, conversions and renovations.

Robert gained his his experience and knowledge working for local architectural practices and as design office manager for local housing developer Skipton Properties.

After building up an impressive portfolio of completed projects, including NHBC award winning schemes, Robert formed his own practice in 2010. A great client base and a fantastic reputation was achieved with his own company, which then lead to the formation of LARK Architects Ltd in 2015.

DARRAGH DAVY-BURKE

Architectural Technician

Darragh has a keen eye for detail and is utilising his knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software to produce design information throughout all stages of a project.

SARAH KAMINSKI

Office Manager

Sarah Kaminski is an integral member of the LARK team and responsible for the day to day running of the practice including, finance, HR, marketing and social media.
