NEW BUILD DWELLING

There was previously a dilapidated bungalow situated on this site. We were appointed to design a new modern replacement dwelling.

The proposed scheme had to comply with an existing covenant on the site which restricted the position and height of the building. This provided us with a challenge but also an opportunity to create a unique bespoke new build house.
