Conversion of a redundant dilapidated pump house to form a 2 bedroom residential property on the hills above Menston completed in 2014.
The Pump House, an old water treatment works beautifully renovated and set in 35 acres of rugged moorland with awe-inspiring 360 vistas of hills and heather, with the odd sheep thrown in, lovingly rescued and restored and set in a peaceful and unspoilt location.
